We operate on a quick turnaround, so as soon as we have taken the professional photos we will add the description and you will be able to make any changes.
Are there any costs if we want to change the description or photos?
No, you know your home best, so we are always happy to make amendments to any adverts during the sales process.

What happens if my property does not sell?
Occasionally a property may be on the market for longer than expected, but we always adapt our marketing techniques to find new ways of showcasing your property. We will review everything from previous viewings to local market activity, so that we can uncover new ways to sell your property.
My property is already on the market with another estate agent, can I switch?
Yes, we can agree a date for our marketing to begin based on the date your current agent stops advertising your property. Alternatively, you could instruct us as an additional agent.
