1.0 Information we collect
We collect information about you when forms are completed on our website, or details are provided over the phone, email or by post. This includes times when you purchase our services or make enquiries.
The information we collect may include the following:

2.0 Property information
If you are selling a property the information you provide will normally identify your address. The information your provide may be used within our promotional material, including images and status. Although we will only use information which is publicly available. If you would prefer that your property information is not used in marketing material please contact us.
3.0 Payment information
When a payment is processed for our services we will collect all necessary financial information including; your name, card details and personal information. This information will be passed to our chosen payment processer who will then process your payment to us. We do not store your financial information.
If you apply to undertake any of our services which require a credit check, you agree that information may be used to run a credit check to allow us to make a decision on your credit application.
4.0 Identity checks for due diligence
We are required to carry out identity checks as part of our due diligence practices when we market a property. Your details will be shared with a credit reference provider to verify your identity, this will not affect your credit rating.
If an identity check fails we will require a legal document to confirm your identity such as a passport. This will be copied and secured storied by us and the credit reference agency.
5.0 Marketing preferences
When you book an appointment with us for a property valuation, we will use your contact information to provide you with key information. Although, these messages are optional and you can stop them at any time.
You are able to select which channels you would prefer for us to communicate with you through, such as phone, text message, post or email. You can also select which type of information you would like to receive, these preferences can be changed at any time through the clearly displayed instructions in all communications.
We may restore records of your communications for the purposes of training. This information may include details provided during any of our services processes. All content is retained in line with our terms and conditions.
There may be times which we collect personal information, which we choose to share such as feedback comments.
The only data we store is provided by you and will not be shared with any third parties. Sensitive data as an example could be information relating you your health and can always be removed.

9.0 How long do we store your data
The length of time for which we store your data will depend on the type of service you use and the type of information provided.
Personal information will be stored for as long as your account Is active with a reasonable period thereafter. We hand a legal requirement to retain information relating to property transfers for six years from the appointment data. Data may also be needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Any publicly available information held by us may be linked to your personal information. We can remove your personal link to this information upon your request.
10.0 Removal of information
If you would like to be removed from our database we will remove your recorded within a reasonable time period, resulting in permanent deletion from our database. All requests will be fulfilled unless we are required to hold the data by law.
