Our application fees are:

- £200 for a double application
- £50 for a guarantor application fee
If your application is approved you will be required to pay a deposit for the property, which will cover the cost of any damage to the property. We do not hold the deposit in our account, it is protected in a government-authorised scheme to be returned to you at the end of your tenancy following a successful inspection. Occasionally our landlords will accept pets, but this is often at the request of an increased deposit amount and agreement of a pet disclaimer.
The majority of our tenants want to move quickly, so as soon as your application is received we will begin our reference checks and send your application across to the landlord for their approval. If there are any issues with your application, it may still be possible to let the property by providing a guarantor which agrees to pay the rent on your behalf should any payments fall into arrears.

For landlords looking for complete peace of mind we can collect the rent every month for just 5% of the monthly rental amount, or we can provide a complete full management service for only 8% per month.
